3Pillar Global is hiring Java/J2EE Leads with strong hands-on experience. This role is for a Technical Specialist who can understand functional, technical & architectural view and has the ability to translate it into low level technical design for the developers. The successful candidate will be expected to interact with technical architect and engineering manager on the program to achieve these goals. In addition, the expectation from the candidate will be mentor developers and contribute towards best practices and standards.
Technical competenciesProven track record of Design, development and implementation of J2EE-based large volume, high availability enterprise applicationsStrong Core Java, micro-services and J2EE knowledge including multi-threaded application development.Experience with Struts/Spring and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA, and Toplink) are must.Experience with Web services (Soap/Rest)Good hands on experience with RDBMS like Oracle/ MySQL & have ability to write data structures, basic SQL Queries & knowledge of joins, Views, Group By, Having Clause etc.Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Uses best practices for the development and testing. Ability to Mentor others in coding techniques. Takes ownership for successful technical execution of the projectEffectively uses the techniques in the Adaptive PLM to elicit required informationOffers suggestions to client based on current knowledge of requirements and Identifies areas for quality improvements.
