3Pillar Global is looking for a Software Engineer- I with expertise and experience in AWS Infrastructure support & ITIL processes i.e. change management, incident management & problem management. The duties associated with this position include analysis of problems, introduction of best practices, and solving specific application related issues

Responsibilties

  • Responsible for Receiving, Recording, and Responding and Resolving incidents.
  • 24/7/365 Level 2 technical support
  • Proactive Product production and development environment monitoring
  • Incident response time based on severity of an incident
  • Support and administration of Client’s AWS hosting infrastructure for the Product
  • Linux Server system administration and Shell Scripting experience
