RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop large-scale, distributed systems and scalable real time, fault tolerant, high throughput message and even driven services

  • Develop robust data storage solutions around NoSQL databases

  • Develop software in the fastpath and packet forwarding plane (IPv4 & IPv6, VPN, VLAN, MPLS Label, etc.)

  • Implement software components of a networking device, that provide flow processing functions such as filtering, QoS, NAT, and Firewall

  • Design and implement software at layer-2 switching and layer-3 routing concepts, using protocols BGP4, BGP4+, OSPFv2, OSPFv2, and OSPFv3 on a Linux based OS and multithreaded environment

  • MS Eng., Telecom & Networking or rel. (or foreign ed equiv) plus 6 months rel. IT experience

  • This is a 40 hour per week position, located in Burlington, MA
